Business Efficiency Consulting, LLC (BEC) was founded in 2007 to offer education, consulting services to companies who recognize the need for a change in the way that things are being done. “All work is a process, and  all process are variable”  - We can no longer rely on hunches, emotionally charged gut feeling decions to drive your business or manufacturing decisions.  Information turned into useful data to enable you to solve your problems quickly and effectively.
